RIL has signed an joint agreement with Star Ceramics Limited.

‘Roots Investment Limited’ has signed joint issue management agreement with Star Ceramics Limited and ICB Capital Management Limited.

The deal has signed on Monday 31 July 2017 at the corporate office of Star Ceramics Limited. Mr. Mohammad Sarwar Hossain Managing Director of Roots Investment Limited, Mr. Syed A K Anwaruzzaman, Managing Director of Star Ceramics Limited and Mr. Mohammed Sohel Rahman Chief Executive Officer of ICB Capital Management Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.

Mr. Md Ziaul Haque Khondker (Advisor), Mr. Nomanur Rashid (SVP) and Mr. Shirajul Islam (AVP) of Roots Investment Limited, Chief Executive Officer  Md. Maullimul Islam, Chief Financial Officer Ajay Kumar (CA) of Star Ceramics Limited was also present there.
